Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia is the majority shareholder in the Ruparelia Group of Companies. Rosebud Ltd is a dynamic rose growing company which solely specialises in the production of quality cut roses for export. The Company adheres to the strict, high standards of Good Agricultural Practise (GAP) by reduced use of agrochemicals, preserving local habitats, and greater efficiency of natural resources, making this company exemplary in the Ugandan floriculture industry.
Mrs. Jyotsna Ruparelia
Director
Mrs. Jyotsna Ruparelia has played a key role in the growth and expansion of the Ruparelia family business, actively contributing to its operations and management. She heads the grants division of the Ruparelia Foundation and specializes in foreign exchange operations and financial management. Known for her expert decision-making and management skills, she has successfully co-steered various businesses to success.

Sheena Ruparelia is a director at the Ruparelia Group, one of Uganda’s largest and most diversified conglomerates, operating in real estate, finance, hospitality, education, and agriculture. Under Rosebud, a subsidiary of the Ruparelia Group, she is recognized for her dynamic leadership and strategic vision. She plays a key role in driving the group’s operations and expanding its influence across the Ugandan economy. Her contributions to the family-owned business reflect a strong commitment to innovation and sustainable growth, reinforcing the Ruparelia Group’s reputation as a pillar of economic development in Uganda.

Mr. Rajiv Ruparelia is a young, dynamic, and vibrant entrepreneur and a passionate promoter of Rosebud Ltd. Under his management, Rosebud Ltd has achieved significant success in the floriculture market. The farm has excelled in producing a wide range of premium high-quality cut rose varieties and has dominated exports, commanding over 60% of Uganda’s rose-export market. His leadership and management have enabled Rosebud Ltd to fulfill orders of all sizes promptly for buyers worldwide.

He holds a professional diploma in A.G.F. (Potatoes, Vegetables & Fruit), flowers, and plants, along with a diploma in Business Trading.
Mr. Ravi Kumar
Farm Manager
He has an MSc in Agriculture, specializing in floriculture, and completed a postgraduate research thesis on cut flowers.
