All farm workers are provided free breakfast and lunch. Their wages are paid directly into their bank accounts and an ATM machine is located on the farm for their convenience. The farm is very proud of its football and netball teams who have enjoyed much success from their involvement in these healthy competitive activities.

Rosebud is establishing a day care centre (Baby care unit) with plans to also establish a nursery school so as to provide an education foundation for the children of Rosebud staff.

Rosebud limited is coordinated by different staff committees, which include women’s committee, safety and health committee, union committee, fair trade joint body committee and environmental committees. These committees help in the coordination of different tasks and activities within the farm.
